Devorah Bukiet is a high end event planner based out of Brooklyn servicing the tri-state areas and beyond.

After studying interior design and starting some small projects, Devorah eventually ventured into event planning after designing her eldest son’s upshern. Along the way she took on the designer position for a popular children’s clothing line, which she works on simultaneously. As a wife and the mom to 4 beautiful boys she’s always looking to raise the bar in her career but understands the concerns and limitations of working moms in the same position. With this in mind, Devorah aims to guide us with her experience into the real life of balancing family, work, social media and more, all the while, staying true to her passions and love in the world of design.

In this episode, Devorah shares her unique perspective on creating space and balance in one’s life. Devorah gets really candid about how social media has created opportunities and pressures at the same time and how it’s important to be intentional with our use of it. Louder or bigger doesn’t  necessarily mean better and Devorah has found her own unique groove when it comes to her business and finding her creative voice.
