Chaya Krinsky is the creative director and head designer of Tov furniture. Tov has shaken up the furniture market with their  innovative designs, friendly customer service and affordable, comfortable, quality pieces. Tov has a huge fan following and has collaborated with some of the design industry’s biggest names.

In this episode, Chaya shares  her unique journey from preschool teacher to furniture creator/designer extraordinaire. Chaya joined her husband’s small startup and helped grow it into the huge success it is today. Chaya shares her key ingredients in creating and maintaining a flourishing business. She strongly believes that one needs to get over their  fear of failure since it is an inevitable part of the process.
